Cancellations & Refunds
If it is not possible for us or one of our course providers to run a course, for example, if a tutor is taken ill, or there are insufficient enrolments, we will endeavour to let people know and cancel in good time.
Under these circumstances you will be given the opportunity to choose an alternative course or receive a full refund.
We cannot accept liability or issue full or part refunds if a course fails to run or is curtailed in any way due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for example, industrial action, public transport disruptions or severe weather.
You cannot request a refund of fees once a course is booked by you. Please make sure the course is right for you and that you can attend before enrolling. It may be possible to transfer your place to a friend if you contact us to discuss this but no refund will be given by us.
There may be occasions when we have to change the details of a course or the tutor. Course descriptions are a guide only and while we will always endeavour to run a course as described it may be necessary to adjust this to reflect the learning styles and abilities of students and other factors. We reserve the right to make these changes. No reductions or refunds are available and our cancellation policy applies.
Data Protection Information
The Bridge uses information for various administrative, academic, health and safety reasons. Because of the Data Protection Act 1998, we need your consent before we can do this. Please note that we do not pass on any information to Benefits agencies, Social service etc. The information gathered is solely for our own administrative use and to help us identify the needs of our beneficiaries.
